Captain’s party

Today we set off for Spain. The conditions were reasonable and we saw some good numbers of Common Dolphins and a vast number of Manx Shearwater.
We passed Lands End towards evening and waved to Gilly, mentally at least!
Supper was more elaborate than usual as the crew wanted to celebrate the final voyage of their Captain, pictured on the right, who retires after we dock in Santurtzi. The chef managed to rustle up a good spread and had even made a cake.
