Dogs on the Hill

I fell asleep when I got home from work this afternoon.
I had a head full of busy thoughts so my brain obviously decided to switch off for a while.
No bad thing.
I woke with a start and a horrible pounding heart.
I usually take the dogs out when I get home so they were not impressed by my laziness.
With a bit of effort, I hauled myself out into the late afternoon sunshine.
I think we all benefited!

Watching the two of them running around in the sunshine made me smile, and for that alone, I love them both dearly!
