..... Little Drifter!
Snapped whilst the sun was out this morning, interspersed with TV photo's from Normandy. Good job 75 years ago the brave men/ woman and true weren't " little drifters"! The service / words/ music / hymns and prayers were really beautiful , I was in tears for a lot of it , we just have no idea what the brave went through ( also the bereaved relatives etc) The veterans are still living the trauma of that time 75 years ago.
"A" and I drove to a beauty spot , had a cuppa and a stroll . Now for getting the meal ready then an evening of TV tho' it will be a recording as there's nothing worth seeing.
