The Family

So today we celebrate Christmas with my side of the family. Arrived in Twickenham at lunchtime shortly after my younger sister arrived with her family from Oxford. Sally and Terry have a splendid house large enough to easily accommodate all 15 of us. We had a delicious lunch of various curries preceded by nibbles prepared by Annie and followed by desserts supplied by us. As the meal came to a close, our Dad called for his favourite Christmas song to be put on the jukebox. As Slade belted out "So here it is Merry Christmas" Dad (86 yesterday !) danced along to the music surrounded by his family !
