Conan-byo

-byo suffix from byouki meaning illness.  She has a Detective Conan manga obsession at the moment.  

I cannot bring myself to read it as the artist seems to have given the protagonist a skateboard but then never bothered to take a look at one before drawing it.

Anyway, he's a young man who was poisoned but instead of the poison killing him (that would have been a short story), he became a child.  Now he solves crimes and talks into his bow tie to alter his voice on the phone.    Bobbins.
