South Queensferry

Apparently it’s now Queensferry, but that won’t catch on as it’s been South Queensferry for centuries and is still opposite North Queensferry. Our club was organising an urban orienteering event, planned by ricky_p  today. We were helping at the north start which had a great view of the Forth Bridge. Everybody then headed off west for some controls in the old part of the town before a long leg to more controls in a tricky modern housing estate. I really enjoyed my course, two tricky sprints with a couple of good route-choice legs; the best urban for ages. The blip is someone setting off on their course with the two road bridges behind.
