Another day of this and that.
A lorry load of type 1 hardcore in at 6.30am ready for Mr M and crew to prep the first part of the silage shed floor ready for concrete .
A lot of rain during the night again.
Oliver’s Transport in to collect 2 cull cows which should have been away last week. They are now away to Whitley Bay instead of Saltcoats .
Have just had to bring in one of the 3 remaining spring calving cows and calve a big bull calf. Milked the cow out and stomach tubed the calf ,so that should keep it going until the morning
Managed to remember it was our 20th wedding anniversary as well, so not a bad day all in all !
