Effervescence
Suddenly, we have great interest from all areas of IESE in using Thomas' company's world-leading knowledge of fundamental human characteristics in the occupational space, particularly in embedding this knowledge in the very core of every business leader. We had meetings with Career Advising for Alumni, Career Advising for MBA students and the lead professor to incorporate the knowledge, approach and tools in the top executive education programmes - just awarded Number 1 position in the world by the Financial Times for the fifth year running!
Early days and nothing sealed yet, but we may be at a tipping point. After lunch, we wrote a paragraph or two about what it was all about. This photo records the moment . . .

Part of the challenge is that the subject is very complex and getting it across simply takes real focus. This is our latest attempt, as we bubbled with effervescence about the progress made in these last three days. Still needs a lot of work!
