Bus Challenge No 169!

Kennet and Avon Canal, Bradford on Avon

A bus into Bath this morning to meet my BC friend, and then a second scenic bus ride across the border into Wiltshire, to Bradford on Avon. A walk along the River Avon and then the Kennet and Avon Canal took us to Lock 14 and the Canal Trust Cafe in the old lock keeper’s cottage (in the background with the umbrellas) where I had the difficult decision of whether to have a Salted Caramel Brownie, a Cream Tea or an Ice Cream!

Total bus journey time = 2 hour 14 mins
Total waiting between buses = 34 mins
Total journey time = 2 hours 48 mins
