Marwick head

I seem to be spending a lot of time at Marwick at the moment. This time we managed to see some puffins, which the guests were very excited about.

Not as excited as the translator, and on ship lecturer on wildlife, was to see an Orkney vole. I had just told him the chances were almost zero and then one of the little blighters ran across the road in front of the coach. He almost jumped out of the window he was so excited.
