Schellen-Ursli

We all drove to the beautiful Grindelwald today, and were lucky enough to be there to see this procession of cow-bell ringers, just like in the famous Swiss picture-book story of Schellen-Ursli. I have a gorgeous copy that Mum used to translate to me at bed-time and I loved the fact that because of the translating it wasn't told word-for-word but changed a little each time. Somehow it made it more special.
