Officially Summer

In my flat. Lovely Lisa Cleaner with her assistant rolled up the winter rug in my living and put down the summer one. Hoorah. So my task now is to get the winters dust out of the curtains , put them away and put up summer ones. Lighter, Brighter. 

I've taken to buying one bright geranium for my window ; " power bright red " was spotted coming back from singing. So in a cheery mood I lugged it home.

I heard something interesting on Radio 4 this morning, apparently there's an increasing trend for " Direct Cremation ", so no burial service malarkey. Ashes are sent to a named person, who perhaps throws a party and ashes.
It appeals.
