You never know . . .

. . . what you are going to find when you start taking walls down!

We're making a start on the new bathroom, which involves dividing the old kitchen into a small utility room at the front, and adding the back of it onto the existing bathroom. This means that the wall must come down. We had envisaged a stud partition wall underneath the tiles, but surprise, surprise - there's a block built one!

A bit more work, a lot more mess, but the bonus is that we'll be able to reuse the blocks to build up the old back door. I shall keep you posted as we go - you lucky folk!
