Tired and stupid!

Had a really nice rest day today!
Training was in Loughborough this evening. It's not been at Loughborough for a few weeks so it was nice to get back!
Now, you're probably wondering why I'm tired and stupid. I'll tell you, for some unknown reason I kept my jacket on while I was training. Which made me too hot.
