Notes: Was planning to go for a bike ride first thing but didn't feel up to it and chilly start to the day. Went for a jog instead, felt pretty good and sun was quite warm. Back and showered, made breakfast, talked to Wei and watched the CBS Sunday morning show. Quiet restful day, did some cleaning and talked to Mic and Steph but mostly just relaxed.
