The Sage , Gateshead.

Fresh air called us this morning, so we went off to Newcastle/ Gateshead Quayside.
We parked the car in Gateshead, walked down to the Swing Bridge, and over to Newcastle. Our return was via the Millennium Bridge, past the Baltic Art Gallery, and the Sage Music Centre.
It was an invigorating walk, and we were very surprised by the lack of people out and about. They were either still in bed, or at the sales which seemed to have started at six am.
