Family favourite.

This is DIY Knickerbocker Glory - much more fun to make than to eat!
I started doing this a few years ago when the children came and we were eating outdoors (it's a messy business!) I provided jelly, fruit, ice cream, crushed meringues, chopped nuts, squirty cream, chocolate sprinkles, coloured sprinkles, edible glitter and a "Flake" to top it off! Then everybody dives in to make their creation. After a few sessions the family bought us proper glasses and long spoons. This holiday they brought the ingredients and because they knew their creations were going to be blipped, they took special care. Normous was declared the winner.
