Virtually reality...

A scene that is being repeated in many homes I'm sure.

Everyone is recovering from yesterdays excesses. Well, not really excesses (except for the several bottles of wine). We managed to get to stay in bed until around 8:30. Walked Tilly and then back for a nice cuppa followed by present opening (the boys are still unable to wait any longer) by which time it was late morning. The usual Christmas day full english was the order of the day then. Most people would be sitting down to their turkey around the time we had finished and cleared up, but we're not ones for eating that early.

A nice leisurely afternoon, - watched the Queen and read for a while.

Christmas dinner was, I have to say, the very best we've ever had. Truly delicious!
The fact that we had just two meals was of no importance to anyone. Two brilliant meals were much better than three mediocre ones. All thanks to Gail who planned the food.

Today has proved little more energetic than yesterday as this blip shows.
