Down Bridge Street

I've wanted to go up the church tower for sometime. I've seen a few photos looking towards Edgehill but the light was falling nicely on Bridge Street so I did like this shot... I didn't have the sense to take a panorama like Steve did! I was still a bit shakey from the precarious climb up the tower.

In the extra photos were a couple of unexpected bonuses. A shot of the recently re-guilded weather vane (note the date) and the still working clock mechanism. Some really old equipment, still working perfectly.
