Sourdough, First Go.

Well, the verdict is in: really not too bad at all. This is a white, wholemeal and rye sourdough loaf. If I'm honest it could be a little lighter and could've been baked for 3-5 more minutes, but it's really not far off. Add to it a nice selection of cheese and a glass of red, and we're well and truly up and running.
