Red Arrows - Back Blip

We left relatively early this morning and arrived in Torquay about 10ish parked the car and walked from  the hotel - we were going to do Torre abbey but the weather was so beautiful we decided just to walk and enjoy the sunshine - we stopped for a coffee in Wetherspoons and then decided to have some chips.  We knew the air display was due to start about 2.00 so we stopped for an ice cream and made our way back to the hotel to check in.  We were lucky although most of the action was in Paignton we could see the red arrows from where we were.  Lovely display and my chosen blip for today.  We really came down to see the Vision of Elvis Tour   - it was very good and exciting to see  but we felt the sound quality was not so good and we couldn't hear all the adises that were being made.  It was based on the 68  Comeback Special and the Las Vegas performances - not my favourite era but great to see just the same. 
A beautiful sunny day and ideal for just mooching about
