Dosa

The Indian restaurant we go to is having a Dosa month.  You can watch your Dosa being cooked on a mobile hotplate outside.  Unfortunately as the cooking area was still being refined I couldn't get a good shot.  However, we were able to enjoy a freshly cooked Dosa.   We had a masala one, crispy pancake filled with bits of chicken and vegetables.   It was served with small bowls of vegetable soup, a spicy coconut dip and a very spicy tomato based dip.  It was very tasty.   We then had chilli chicken,  mixed dahl and nan bread.  

It rained heavily in the afternoon for about an hour, the evening was dry, but as we weren't sure if it would rain again we sat inside.   We still had an afternoon swim.
