The Island

It's the British Diving Championships and the pool was very quiet, in fact for most of the time I was in there were only 2 of us.

Then to S Queensferry to meet up with the group and head out to Inchcolm. Although not a blazing 'hottest day of the year' it was pleasant enough and quite sheltered beside the Abbey. I didn't stray far as the gulls are nesting and can be quite violent. The extra is looking south to Edinburgh with the 'Maid of the Forth' heading back to S Queensferry.

In the way back we saw seals and puffins.

Came home to cut the grass and plant some more plants as the weather forecast for tomorrow isn't good.

It was a good day, very relaxing.
