Blue tit

We noticed the wee blue tits trying to persuade the chicks out of the nestbox this morning. Nothing much was happening so we popped into Stirling and when we came back it seemed as if they had gone.

However, all afternoon one parent came back and kept trying to entice (the last?) one out of the box. We did not see it go so we are not looking forward to opening the box up tomorrow. I have a feeling one might not have made it.

This is the first year we have not counted them out!

In other news someone got a new bike and someone booked a ticket down under!
