Canoeing the Wye

Jackie and Andy were up for taking little Daisy on a canoe, but alas it wasn't allowed, so Doug stayed behing with the wee one to eat ice-cream; J and A took Heidi in the middle of their boat; Karen and Mat had another canoe, Anna and Juliet a third and C, J and I a forth vessel.

Think we could all do with a little more practise - a few cross words were heard in trying to paddle straight/avoid the banks. All good fun! And of course we all enjoyed the pub lunch after.

Daisy got her little trip on the water in the end - on the chain-ferry that goes across the river and back.
