The Calm Before The Storm

A quiet morning, I was very happy to receive a letter which kept me so occupied I ran out of time to go for a bike ride.

As this afternoon I decided to try a local writing group, sadly they're more interested in poetry than fiction.  I don't really get poetry.  Hopefully I'll be able to find some where.

Out down in the Mumbles for an evening meal with friends who are down for #WalkIt Swansea tomorrow.  A good evening.

So this is the night time view of Swansea Bay, tomorrow will be awash with purple as hundreds of brave IBD Warriors walk to raise awareness of Crohns and Colitis.
