Where Did You Get That Hat?

I spotted this weeks ago and thought it would be a good contender for a Silly Saturday Blip but I'd not had chance to take a shot before today.  I'm assuming that a child lost their hat and someone put it on the post hoping the owner would spot it. What I think is funny is the hat is set at a such a jaunty angle and seems like it's made to measure for the post; I hope it looked as good on its' owner!
