Holiday day 8: around Baile-na-Cille (2)

It’s been another day of mooching around Baile-na-Cille, reading, playing Scrabble, talking to the other guests and Richard, and playing with the dog.

We went out just twice - to the cafe for lunch (which turned out to be rather sociable with the elder Ravens, the retired gamekeeper and his wife), then to the new Uig Sands restaurant for an amazing dinner with the other two couples staying here this week. I worked  my way through goat's cheese salad, lobster, and chocolate mousse - with some delicious Chablis.

I took my blip in the best walled garden in Timsgarry this afternoon. Is this a cornflower?

No exercise to speak of today.
