Beach encounter

Tiziano and I were walking along the beach today, deep in discussion, when a young girl politely stopped us with a plea to help her save an injured bird. Uniah (or something like that) from Alaska, she was so sweet and serious in her endeavour to help the poor bird. We tried calling Animal Rescue but to no avail, and eventually we had to leave it. It proved to be a sweet and poignant interlude during some pretty heavy discussions. 

It turns out that living together as a couple is not so easy!
