went for a (slightly faster) 3.5 mile run in the rain in the morning then spent the afternoon with daisy in inverurie getting a new school jumper and we splashed out and bought ourselves new earphones. I resurrected my old ipod shuffle for my run, so needed some decent earphones for that. it must be about 15 years old. this run was probably the first wheeze-free one this year and it was gooood. felt great after too.

I spotted this cob, pen and their cygnets at meldrum house hotel when I dropped daisy off for her first evening shift. took beth to kintore where she’s going to a party and peg was busy chatting on facetime with pals before a party tomorrow night...it’s eyelash and boob tube central. beefy and dave are boozy jamming in the shed.
