As I sit watching the Channel 5 programme on the North York Moors Railway it provides a link with today’s photo. One of the ways the railway generates income is with weddings. For two days running there has been weddings on the platform with a reception on the train. Today guests were welcomed with this bouquet on the platform. I presume it indicated which carriage was hosting the reception.

Busy researching next year’s holiday on the Isle of Skye. Accommodation seems to get booked up well in advance hence the early start. Many years since I visited to walk the Cullin Ridge including the Inaccessible Pinnacle. Unfortunately I do not like exposed ridges these days so will be looking for other challenges this time round.
