Polkemmet Inagural

I decided to go along to the inagurs at Polkemmet Country Park this morning. I’m always a bit nervous going to different parkrun’s by myself but I soon bumped into other people I know there. I’m still having bother with my calf injury. I managed a gentle run for 4k but had to drop to a walk for the last km as it was hurting too much.
