Homeward bound

Mum and Dad caught the train home this afternoon. We waved them off at the station. It was very busy at the train station and it looked like it was going to be a packed train. I hope they managed to get their seats ok. It would be too long a journey for them to not be seated comfortably. Age seems to have really crept up on both of them since I saw them last year. I'm not sure if they'll manage the long journey up here for much longer. It has been lovely to have them stay and catch up with them, but at the same time I'm glad to have the house back to normal and I'm looking forward to sleeping back in my own bed tonight.
