Berkshire Pork Belly at Restaurant Martin

We had a very avant garde Christmas lunch at Santa Fe's Restaurant Martin today, a big-time foodie haunt. Chef Martin is quite the creative genius. We also had a nice walk from the hotel to dine and back. Merry Christmas!
