2019 Thursday — Driving North

This is the road north and we are just above Santa Barbara. I love that the fog flirts with the land; sometimes the fog just sits over the ocean.

Cayucos even for “just the weekend” seemed like a much better option than staying in SoCal. So California’s Central Coast here we come.

Next week at the college is Final Exams and Friday night is graduation. We have a great grandbaby due approximately June 14th, so it might be awhile before we get to Cayucos again for our official start to summer, so a weekend, thankfully a long weekend, seemed terrific!
