Roaring

This boat was roaring past and the wind has been roaring and the sea is roaring too!

Quite noisy actually at PP today. Too rough for safe swimming, which is a shame, as it has been pretty hot.

I could walk today without pain for the first time in over a week, thanks to a cocktail of painkillers. I shouldn't be indulging in such a pik 'n' mix approach to medication, but in desperation I did it. 

Now I need to find which combination works best.
