Last of the Sunshine

After yesterdays beautiful day, today things have changed a bit. We did have some sunshine this morning. By lunch time we had a shower of rain and that was the end of the sun for now. Our bad weather hasn't hit yet but is on its way.

On Monday I woke to a really sore neck. And with having to put my head backwards at the hairdresser on Wednesday it become really sore yesterday so decided to have some Acupuncture. He fitted me in late this morning. I also had some treatment on my back while I was there. It is still is really sore ..hope it will come right soon. I have another treatment on Wednesday.
