Rain, rain and a bit more rain. The Kids braved the playground, I went back to bed with my book. Eventually the kids had had enough of being wet, and I got canvas fever so K and I took a walk along the river as far as the stepping stones. Well there was no stepping stones today, and a river swim is definitely out sadly. We'd all had enough rain by mid afternoon so took the kids down to Skipton pool to swim whilst we did some shopping. 

The weather was significantly better down the valley, warm and almost sunny. A blip stop on the way back to Kettlewell to capture the last bit of sunshine of the day.

Kept warm and dry for dinner by escaping to the pub.
