St Martha-on-the-Hill

......perched on a hill high in the Surrey Hills. It is a strenuous walk but worth the effort. On a clear day eight counties can be seen, the church dates back to the Iron Age.
We started the walk looking up to the hills at St Martha church - see extra, but we did it on a warm day, see main picture, and were rewarded by the lovely views.
