A breath of fresh air

I arrived home early this morning and having decided I would power on through the day and wait to go to bed - I gave in at 10am and promptly slept for the next 6 hours!
I decided a walk on the beach would be good and was welcomed home by a beautiful blue wide open sky. I love cities but this was so lovely and silent too.
