Behave!

If you are interested in why people act as they do, the biological causes of behaviour, both good and bad, then you may find this book as fascinating as I do. I haven’t finished it yet - it’s not a quick read - so as yet I don’t have all the answers!
Today has been a rather sedentary day. Not because I’ve been sitting reading I may add, but a combination of rain, waiting in for a plumber and doing some genealogical research in response to an email I got this morning. Hopefully I’ll get back to some physical activity tomorrow.
