Mural in Laguna Beach

next to the art festival. Usually we just drive by each time we are going into town. But this time we had lunch at a Vietnamese Restaurant next to this mural and we were surprised that there are so many people hang out there in the various places. One of the reasons we never stopped there,  there is practically not much parking and it is impossible to get a spot. But this time we came early and there was no problem. When the art festival is starting, 'forget it'.
