Derelict?

Everything is so well kept around here that I have trouble finding many things that are derelict without visiting the scrap merchants, and there aren’t  to keen on you taking photos.
 
Sitting in the car waiting for Mrs W I spotted what a southerly wind will do to the spring at Springwells.  About the nearest thing to sort of derelict I’ve seen this week so far, so why not?
