Christmas Dinner Tonight

My version of a traditional Christmas dinner. Only 3 of us here, as family members will arrive at other times, so I found the smallest turkey I could, stuffed with traditional bread (+onion+celery+parsley+herbs) stuffing, with roast potatoes and pumpkin, and some steamed mixed greens (no brussels sprouts, as I forgot to get some!). A non-traditional addition was quarters of beetroot, also roasted. Also, a bottle of Aussie sparkling wine as it's Christmas.
