Hamburguesa de halloumi.
The big event of the day was walking the dogs up to the shop in the village, and stopping for a coffee in the newly-reopened bar at the top. As it appears to be under new management and has a new menu (and only 2 chalkboards as opposed to last year's 18!), decided to try the food. The halloumi burger went down a treat, much to the anxiety of the young chef, who confessed it was the first he had ever made!
