Helicopters and lemon meringue pie

Quite a festive day! Our gift to Ruben and Beatrice was a helicopter ride over Oahu, which they raved about. Then La Mariana for lunch and Savers for bargains. We all found something in the huge used clothing shop. So good to buy clothes that are fun, attractive, cheap and recycled. A winner on all fronts!

In the evening we were invited to John and Angelo's, where John had made one of his mega-galactic dinners, finishing in glory with a superb lemon meringue pie.
