Rum

Of course the weather improved the day we were leaving Rum and there wasn’t enough time to do any serious hills, so we went on a tour of Kinloch Castle. The others had been last year and said it was good; the guide was a funny guy from Glasgow who was both informative and scurrilous at the same time. The ferry was quite full but the views were great; the extra is Eigg as we came into dock. However the view from the car park in Mallaig looking back to Rum I think makes a better blip.
