The tide was in for our walk this morning, so the girls got a paddle.  Hardly any wind so lots of reflections.  Had to leave them at home when I went to the dentist in Silloth.  Shame really as it would have been good to have gone to the beach with them.  The filling I had a few weeks ago was replaced!  That didn't last long, don't know why.  Another in extras of tonight's sunset.  Oh and I found a dead baby bird in the garden, quite sad.
