Against the rules

When I noticed yet another great sunset taking place, I just couldn't accept having to add yet another one to the list of missed photo opportunities. With 20 minutes to go before sunset, I grabbed my gear and hopped on my bicycle with the idea to bike to Westerwijtwerdermaar. This goes against two basic rules I believe in to produce a good image: always prepare your shoot and allow yourself plenty of time to find a good composition. I guess the fact that I knew this location could count as preparation and I was glad I arrived just in time... I got some images right before sunset, but this one was taken a couple of minutes after that.
