A rarely trodden path

An emergency blip today from my walk around the village.  This path is one that I often take as it's so quiet. In fact I've never met anyone on it - probably because it doesn't go anywhere except between agricultural land (although it is an official footpath).  It's very wild and full of wild flowers so bees and butterflies are often seen there.

There were many more bees in my garden today. The cotoneaster is covered in honeybees  and bumblebees are nesting under the eves of the house so it's one big buzz!
